Originally from St. Petersburg, FL, Stephanie returned with her family to St.Pete full-time in 2022, from Colorado Springs, CO. Today, she operates her businesses in both of her favorite places – the mountains in Colorado Springs and the beaches of Pinellas County. If you’re looking for the best realtor in Colorado Springs, look no further than Stephanie Person!!! She is very personable in her method. If she wouldn’t do something herself or for her family, she’s not going to recommend it for you. I was looking for a house all the way from Sasebo, Japan and she took me under her wing, sent me a list of houses, gave me a tour of each house through FaceTime, and completed all the paperwork and house buying process while I was deployed. When I arrived to the area, not only did I get to eat an all American meal for the first time in 7 months (Chick Fil A), but everything was all set and I had a worry-free final walk through and closing.
